How much does shipping cost?
We are proud to say that we provide free shipping worldwide!
Note: Our free shipping does not include local import duties and/or customs charges within the country of destination. Please be aware of your local regulations.
Does each item come with a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via an automatic email notification when we ship out your items for you to track your item in real time.
How long does it take to receive a tracking number?
It takes approximately 2-5 business days to receive a tracking number for your package. The tracking number will be sent to your email address you used during checkout.
What happens if I don’t receive my order?
We will issue a refund for your order if it does not arrive after 90 days from the order date. Don't worry, our team will do their best to ensure that you receive your items on time. However, factors outside our control (i.e., customs clearance, protests, pandemic lockdowns) may cause delays. We seek your kind understanding during this period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, debit, and credit card.
Debit and credit cards can also be processed via PayPal's website if you wish.

Can I cancel my order after payment?
If we have shipped your order, unfortunately, you cannot cancel and ask for a refund. But if we have not shipped items in your order, we will give you a refund after deducting 20% of your order value as a payment processing fee.

Our team tries to process your orders as quickly as possible. Processing time usually takes an additional 1-3 days.
How is the return process?
Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, and sale items.
Upon receipt of your return, email us your order #number, full name, and reason for return at firstname.lastname@example.org please also attach a picture of the outer packaging containing your tracking number, and we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. The shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
